Lots of work happening since the last entry. Following the first teasers, the first newsletter was published. All of the newsletter articles are posted here in this blog. All future articles will also be posted here.
At the same time, the Process Navigators have been very busy documenting the Process Innovation Management process. This is the process that will help us manage all processes. We will present this process package to Leadership Council on July 18. We hope they like what they see and that we'll be able to move pretty quickly to get the process put into production. That means that we will begin publishing the package and holding training sessions to get everyone familiar with it. We'll also start working other processes through the steps towards getting them documented and published.
We're using as much material as we can from work that has been done previously in OIT. That should make it so that things look familiar and so that there aren't too many jarringly different surprises for anyone. We firmly believe that good process management in the organization means no unpleasant surprises.
